Amo is the founder and Managing Director of Enroute Havens Pty Ltd, a newly established recruitment consulting firm. Prior to the establishment of Enroute Havens, she founded and successfully led Staffwise Pty Ltd, where she was responsible for continuously driving the business and ensuring delivery of specialized recruitment solutions and services, including recruitment process outsourcing, headhunting, full end to end recruitment process, and labour brokering.

With over 18 years’ direct experience in recruitment, Amo has over the last decade managed the sourcing and placing of top talent across multiple industries on behalf of their clients. Before Staff wise, Amo managed the finance division at HRMC, before eventually branching out as a Recruitment Consultant at HRMC. Her role included conducting competency-based recruitment, development of job profiles, and leading several large-scale recruitment and selection assignments for various blue-chip companies in Botswana. She was also trained to administer tests for the assessment division.
