Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
RPO is a form of business process outsourcing where an employer transfers all (or part) of its recruitment and hiring processes to a trusted partner. As an RPO partner, we take responsibility for the management of the entire recruiting process through the following phases.
- Job Profiling (development, update or authentication of the job profile being recruited for).
- Sourcing (attraction of candidates through approved media)
- Interviewing and Assessing (sifting of applicants to select most suitable, interviewing and possibly conducting psychometric assessments
- Reference Checking and Verification of Qualifications (background checks including references and qualifications on the identified top candidates) essionals, with quality-controlled processes, tools and methodologies that assure compliance with all applicable legislative requirements for the safety of both client and candidate.
- Shortlisting (ranking candidates in order of performance through the whole selection process)
- Selection and Placement (choosing the successful candidate for appointment and supporting the engagement process)
- Follow Up (after appointment, follow up to establish client reaction to candidate fit)
